School Clinical Social Worker

POSITION OVERVIEW

Whitecap Dakota Nation (WDN) is seeking a talented and motivated School Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic team.

Working as part of the Wellbeing Team and based out of the Chief Whitecap School (CWS), the School Social Worker is an integral part of the Wellbeing team. The School Clinical Social Worker provides socialand emotional support to children and families to ensure a healthy and positive school experience.

Through in-class support, short term counselling, and referrals to outside community agencies, SchoolSocial Workers develop behavioural strategies and interventions that maximize opportunities for success in school.
