Whitecap Dakota Nation operates the Whitecap Early Learning Centre, which provides childcare services rooted in Dakota culture and Elder teachings for children ages 6 weeks to 12, operating Monday to Friday from 7:30AM to 5:30PM. Read more at Childcare Services.

The Community Justice Program offers alternative measures through mediation that promotes restorative justice, a Fine Option Program for working off fines through community service, and youth prevention programs including a Cadets Program and Safe Spaces School Program that teach conflict resolution and social skills to elementary students. The Whitecap Dakota First Primary Health Centre, partnered with the Saskatoon Health Region and other organizations, provides comprehensive services including nurse practitioner and community health nursing, dental and mental health services, addiction support, chronic disease management, and elder care. The Recreation Program offers cultural and educational activities year-round, including sports programs such as kickboxing and softball, art and yoga classes, elder programming, after-school programs, and community events, while coordinating major competitions like the Indigenous Summer and Winter Games.
