Integrated Services Team

WDFN Health Centre helps coordinate an Integrated Services Team (IST) which builds services and service partnerships within the community. The team includes Justice, Health & Mental Health, Education (Principle, School councillor and School liaison), Jordan's Principle, Recreation, Community Wellbeing, Culture & Language, and other community partners. The IST meets biweekly to provide program updates and partner on activities that meet the needs of the community.

Through our integrative services team we work with all the WDFN community partners to better support families and increase their access to early prevention and intervention supports and services.
