At Whitecap Dakota First Nation, we offer a variety of community health services, including mental health supports.
Mental Health Services are offered to community members from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm weekdays by calling 306-373-4600. Together with a therapist, you will decide on the best next steps to support your goals and bring balance to your life.

Education and training are available for groups as requested and identified by the community. Please call 306-373-4600 to gather more information or register for classes.
Community members are encouraged to attend weekly peer support groups to connect, communicate and create mental health supports. Focus is on following a Red Road Recovery.
Workshops and group sessions are provided to individuals dealing with grief and loss.
A four-hour training is available for all individuals wanting to learn skills in suicide prevention.
Through social media support, the Mental Health and Wellness Team consistently posts ideas and tips for individual and family wellness.
Individual or group sessions are available for sharing yoga practices to reduce stress and promote healthy wellbeing.
Youth are invited to participate in the expressive arts to engage in healthy practices to maintain their mental health. Jordan's Principle funds this project for youth.
